Random House Canada’s Olympic Readathon

So guys, I usually don’t participate in readathons but this one seems too good to miss. For more information, go here. Sign up, set a goal and get reading. Oh, here’s the badge:

Spiffy, eh?

Personally, I have set a goal of 2000 pages to be read during this period. (27th July to 12th August). The books I want to read are, in no particular order:

  1. The Diviners – Libba Bray (608 pages)
  2. Wildwood – Colin Meloy (541 pages)
  3. Ashling – Isabel Carmody  (480 pages)
  4. Girl, Interrupted – Susanna Kaysen (168 pages)
  5. Out – Natsuo Kirino (520 pages)
  6. Cold Fury – T. M. Goegein (313 pages)
  7. Geekomancy – Michael R. Underwood (255 pages)

So yeah, this is slightly more than the 2000 pages I am aiming to read but hey, you gotta aim high, eh? Join in the fun!

  1. I do like the title Geekomancy – the magical art of communicating with geeks, wonderful. The more I force myself to read the less I do. Guessing if I don’t watch what I am reading i will hit the target. Good luck with it, and above all else – enjoy it.
