Oooh yummy!
I picked up The Shadow Society from Netgalley, have to make time for it this month. I’ve heard mixed things about Ironskin but I think I still want to read it. Maybe I’ll wait to hear your thoughts on that one. I love how on the cover of Valkyrie Rising the mountains are made to look like wings – it always draws my eye! I don’t even know what it’s about though. :)
I still have the first Fairyland book to read – was so excited to get it and then couldn’t find the time and let it slide. Story of my life… ;)
Shadow Society was such an epic disappointment for me. I went in expecting something else and got something else instead. Ironskin – the trick to that is to go in without any expectations – I have already reviewed that one! I actually haven’t read Fairyland yet either but the covers are so pretty! Hehe.
Oh gosh, all of these books look so delicious. I’m really looking forward to the second Fairyland book, even though I haven’t read the first one yet. But I just love Catherynne M. Valente so much, so I have faith that it’ll be perfect. <333
Woah, how creepy is the cover of Black Spring? Love that it’s inspired by Wurthering Heights though. I love that you have a few that I completely missed! I really would like to read The Shadow Reader to get in on the McKenzie Lewis series…maybe before it gets too far along. :)

You and me both! I actually haven’t read anything by Valente so I don’t even know why I like her so much but eh. :D

The first one is fantastic. A bit love triangle-ey but sweet anyway.
